My experience includes working with large global organisations (Shell, Accenture, KPMG, Deutsche Bank, WPP, British Airways, Maersk) and diverse groups from seafarers, pilots, engineers, geologists, designers, traders, technologists, bankers, and many others.

My passion is understanding the technology and people elements of an organisation, the cultural norms, and behaviours, then develop unique campaigns to embed the desired change, based around explicit business scenarios and building and developing change communities.
I use technology and psychology to break the traditional norms in how organisations apply change and have used various techniques from social learning / scaffolding and nudge theory to drive high adoption / adaption change campaigns, plus develop operating models to nurture and embed the way change is maintained.
